Rooms spacious, featuring comfortable setups and easy access to local attractions. The location near the waterfront is excellent for exploring nearby dining and entertainment.
Room cleanliness was lacking. no housekeeping during the stay, resulting in no fresh towels despite requests. Shower water temperature fluctuated, with cold water on both mornings and low water pressure reported. Initial confusion with shuttle service charges and miscommunication about airport taxi bookings added to frustration.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The Superior King Room was spacious, featuring a separate sitting area with comfortable couch. Location right at the city center was perfect, allowing easy access to great dining spots and the port. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh ingredients, diverse options, and a live cooking station for made-to-order items. the bathroom had hot water issues. The temperature settings were extreme, making showers a challenge. The housekeeping service was lacking as well. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and we had to request towels multiple times. Despite these hiccups, the hotel’s cleanliness and the eco-friendly practices made a good impression.

It wasn't cheap, but you know, still acceptable.

Super comfy stay!
Really enjoyed my time here! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud—super soft. I loved the little seating area by the bar. perfect for grabbing a drink and chilling. Only wish they had more options for snacks in the lobby. it was a cozy place to crash after exploring the city.

Had a great time with friends! Our room had an awesome view, and it was comfy. We explored the nearby Ferry Terminal and Queens Wharf, perfect spots to hang out. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were super friendly.
Only downside was the TV system not having screen mirroring from our phones. that was a bit disappointing.

I loved how spotless my room was, and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever hit snooze on. The hotel was super chill with a great lounge area and a refreshing pool to relax in after a busy day. Just a heads up, parking was a bit tricky since spaces were limited, but we managed to find a spot nearby without much fuss. 😌
